Become a member - a guide

On this page we would like to clarify all important questions about becoming a member or being a member and changing divisions. You can use links within the texts to work your way to the next relevant points.

If you still have an unanswered question, we would be happy to help you personally.

You have decided on one or more divisions and would now like to become a member of the association - a good decision!

To do this, please first fill out the membership application form (fillable PDF or - brand new! - right here online) and hand them in signed at the office. You are also welcome to scan it by e-mail (info@svk07.org) or via the contact options of the virtual office ( 49 177 8480838).

In this case, please submit the original to your trainer later.

And then?

After submitting the declaration of membership, the office will check your data and create your membership file. After about four days to four weeks you will receive a welcome letter by post or email. This contains the most important data of your membership declaration and your new membership number. This is also the mandate reference for your SEPA mandate.

SEPA?

99.8% of our members use convenient direct debit via SEPA direct debit. You don't have to worry about anything, all your contributions will be debited in good time.

Individually?

Mwould you like to become an individual member? Then everything is very simple: you fill out the application for membership and you are as good as there.

Would you like at least three family members to be part of SV 07? That pleases us and your wallet, because you still only pay 180 euros for the club for all family members.

If other family members are added later, the type of contribution can of course be adjusted at any time.

How much?

The contributions depend on the type of membership.

For an individual membership in football, for example, an adult pays €90 club fee per calendar year plus €60 division fee per season (July - June).

You can find more detailed information in our contribution regulations.

And when?

Dhe association fee is always collected on March 1st or the following bank working day.

For divisional contributions, the collection date varies depending on the division and type of payment.

More precisely please!

With the exception of gymnastics, each division charges a division fee. This is due either annually or semi-annually. In most cases, the dates are on July 1st and possibly November 1st of a calendar year.

Each collection of contributions is announced in the member portal and can be move-in calendar be read.

Portal?

IIn our member portal you can view and edit your member data at any time (e.g. change your address).

In addition, you will receive current information and notices (e.g. pending collection of contributions).

New division?

HIt often happens that a change of division or new division is not registered correctly. Therefore, when changing divisions, the following question must be answered:

Do I want to keep the current division?

Yes, then the new division must be registered in writing as an additional division.

no, then a written re-registration must be made so that another division contribution is not accidentally requested.

Too much of?

MSometimes membership in the association no longer fits into the schedule, then you can of course cancel your membership(s). There are no notice periods except that membership is only valid until December 31st. of a calendar year can be terminated. Theoretically, an e-mail on December 31 is sufficient. to cancel in good time.

Parts of a family membership or a change of membership is always possible at the end of the year.

Changing divisions or registering/de-registering for other divisions is possible at any time, but division contributions that have already been paid cannot be refunded.
